today wasnt such a good day :/ i was so hungry for some reason, but there was nothing healthy in the house :/
breakfast: chocolate brioche, activia yogurt
lunch: chicken bake pastry, slice of chocolate cake, hot chocolate drink (my freinds persuaded me to eat out with them :()
dinner: my mum made us creamy pasta with chicken, spinach and green beans
snacks: bananna, frutella sweet, slice of fruit cake, slice of toast, cup of tea, and a biscuit.
plus, i know im going to eat more before i go to bed! :( on the plus side, i walked for a total of about 2 hours today (to and from school, to and from coffee shop haha! )
think i will go on a run later depending on if i get my work done- fingers crossed i will!
hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. hope you’re all well! :)

breakfast: one slice of toast with butter, activia yogurt, glass of water
lunch: plain rice with sweet red peppers and sausage (was going to have chicken, but didnt have any in :( not good!) glass of water
snacks: twirl chocolate bar(i gave in haha!) green melon, grapes, peanut biscuit
dinner: small serving of pasta with grated cheese
quite proud of myself today- apart from the twirl! but then again, everything is fine in modertion :) had to skip pilates tonight cause i had a ton of work to do, but bough some trainers the other day, gym here i come :D
Okay so ive only just set up this blog. My aim is to keep track of my progress so that im motivated! I’m a total beginner, no gym membership, no idea how many calories I should be eating, or anything like that! Tips would be much appreciated, especially on food that tastes good and does good :) I’m really not into the whole ‘I want to be skinny’ thing, I’m much more interested in how I can feel fitter, stronger and better about myself on the inside before I worry about the outside :)
