&lt;p&gt;breakfast: chocolate brioche, activia yogurt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;lunch: chicken bake pastry, slice of chocolate cake, hot chocolate drink (my freinds persuaded me to eat out with them :()&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;dinner: my mum made us creamy pasta with chicken, spinach and green beans&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;snacks: bananna, frutella sweet, slice of fruit cake, slice of toast, cup of tea, and a biscuit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;plus, i know im going to eat more before i go to bed! :( on the plus side, i walked for a total of about 2 hours today (to and from school, to and from coffee shop haha! )&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;think i will go on a run later depending on if i get my work done- fingers crossed i will!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;breakfast: one slice of toast with butter, activia yogurt, glass of water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;lunch: plain rice with sweet red peppers and sausage (was going to have chicken, but didnt have any in :( not good!) glass of water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;snacks: twirl chocolate bar(i gave in haha!) green melon, grapes, peanut biscuit&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;dinner: small serving of pasta with grated cheese&lt;/p&gt;
